Honolulu Marathon

Volunteer cadets helped to set up and work at the marathon water station from 3 am.

November Events​

Waianae Parade and Nanakuli Drill Meet

The Unarmed Drill Team led by Zander Manuel showcased their stationary and marching drill maneuvers after months of preparation.

Kahala Nui and Arcadia Color Guard

The Color Guard led by Aidan Twigg-Smith posted and retired the colors for a performance for local veterans in independent living. 

November Blood Drive

Stephanie Sakamoto and Alexis Sanehisa led A Company in their Service Learning Project. Cadets recruited, set up, and helped run the blood drive. This Service Learning Project will remain a tradition for years to come.

Tripler Veteran Visit

Cadets spent their Thanksgiving morning performing for and playing games with veterans at Tripler Army Medical Center.

Waikiki Holiday Parade

The entire Punahou battalion marched with the state and national colors in the Waikiki Holiday Parade.

Punahou Convocation

Punahou cadets gathered together along with the Punahou student body to celebrate the promising beginning to a new school year and to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Punahou JROTC program.

Summer Events

JCLC

In the wooded terrain of East Range, Schofield Barracks, cadets spent five days and four nights rappelling, building rope bridges, maneuvering obstacle courses, negotiating a leader reaction course, and much more.

Leadership Camp

Cadets spent two days and one night learning leadership fundamentals and techniques along with unit physical training. They also furthered their drill training by practicing commands in squad, platoon, and company drill formations.
